Guests have been allowed back into the Excalibur casino on the Las Vegas Strip after fire alarms went off in the wee hours of the morning.
Clark County firefighters responded to the resort a little before 2 a.m. Tuesday, and guests from floors 11 through 28 were told to leave.
Guests told KTNV there was a strange odor that smelled like a burning belt on a car. Authorities have not confirmed whether there was a fire.
The station reports hotel patrons were allowed back in at about 4 a.m.
