Actor and producer Adrian Grenier hosted the party at Hyde Bellagio on Friday night in The Entertainment Capital of the World and started out the evening by tweeting, “Getting reckless in Vegas with the crew… @HydeBellagio.”
The handsome, dark-haired, blue-eyed Grenier, who reprises his role as Vincent Chase in the much-anticipated film version of the hit HBO series “Entourage,” arrived on the red carpet in a blazer, dark jeans and a black V-neck T-shirt and with a large entourage that including “True Blood” actress Jamie Gray Hyder.
When asked about President Obama’s rumored cameo in the movie, he joked, “If he would just deal with those pesky Republicans, maybe he’d have some time to be on ‘Entourage,’ ” but given how busy the president is, Grenier said that he’s not holding his breath. The 36-year-old also talked about his sustainability efforts and plans to educate kids on leading a green lifestyle.
After the red carpet, the group made their way inside the club to a VIP table under the DJ booth as Hyde’s servers carried sparklers and signs spelling out A-D-R-I-A-N. Grenier mingled with fans while dancing, drinking and singing along to club favorites spun by DJ Joe Maz. Later in the night, Grenier hopped into the DJ booth, shouting, “Hey! We’re at Hyde Bellagio tonight! Give it up!”
He took over the turntables to spin a song from his latest project, the indie rock band The Skins, which he produces from his basement recording studio Wreckroom. He announced, “This is the best band out of Brooklyn right now! Here’s their single ‘Surf!’ ”as the guitar- and drum-heavy song played. Grenier spun “Lithium” by Nirvana before exiting the booth.
Back at his table, Grenier posed for photos with fans and resumed drinking, dancing and hanging out with friends into the early morning. Thanks to Bryan Steffy of WireImage for his photo gallery.
