Mercadito is definitely a family affair. Being trained in the restaurant business by my father as a pre-teen, it’s all I’ve ever known. For nearly 20 years, I’ve worked with my two brothers, Felipe and Patricio, before Mercadito Hospitality was founded and now after.

Working in “X Burlesque” at the Flamingo has allowed me to really appreciate all that Las Vegas has to offer. Las Vegas is far smaller than most people realize, and for the most part the entertainment industry really isn’t as cutthroat as most other cities.
