Miley Cyrus Wrecking Ball

The lines won’t be blurred when singers Miley Cyrus and Robin Thicke arrive here — separately — for the 2013 iHeartRadio Music Festival from Sept. 20-21 at MGM Grand Garden Arena. The orders are crystal clear: No stripping.

For the third time in recent weeks, Robin is back in Las Vegas, but while he performs by night at MGM Grand, Miley will headline by day at the 15-acre Festival Village being set up opposite the Luxor. (Robin is at Ditch Fridays at Palms Pool this weekend and performed at Boulevard Pool in the Cosmopolitan with Jason Derulo on Aug. 17.)

Censors will be on guard for both after the scandalous twerking performance — when she grinded on him at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards on Aug. 25. “There’s no way Miley will be permitted to duplicate her new video for 'Wrecking Ball' out today,” I was told.

Here’s the sexually charged YouTube version, and be forewarned that Miley is seen naked and in her see-through Calvin Klein underwear. Instead of teddy bears, she’s now captured licking sledgehammers, tonguing chains and riding spread eagle with nothing on atop a silver ball.

Caesars Palace headliner Celine Dion will not be thrilled to see that her promotional video is used as the introduction to Miley’s “Wrecking Ball,” the second single from her album “Bangerz” out Oct. 8.

Pop Tarts journalist Hollie McKay from Fox News asked: “Has she gone completely crazy?” — and then quoted 5WPR chief Ronn Torossian: “She seems to be in the middle of a crash. Is anybody counseling her?”

“If Miley attempts anything similar on the Strip while performing at Festival Village, she will be instantly stopped,” I was reliably told. Presumably, traffic also would come to a halt. Also appearing with Miley: the Wanted, Jason Derulo, the Band Perry, Avril Lavigne and Ne-Yo.

Robin’s MGM Grand appearance is Sept. 20 with Katy Perry, Adam Lambert, Sir Elton John, Keith Urban, Chris Brown, and Las Vegas residents and favorite DJs Tiesto and Benny Benassi. On Sept. 21, Sir Paul McCartney joins Justin Timberlake, Bruno Mars, Maroon 5, Ke$ha and Venetian headliner Tim McGraw.

Meantime, add another Miley critic to the list: Vogue Editor Anna Wintour has canceled Miley’s cover after the VMAs twerking. Please: No more twerking. It’s not artistic, and it looks totally ridiculous. If you want twerking, go to a gentlemen’s club; we have plenty of ’em.
